The land is in a pentagon split into five even sections, each ruled by a different species. In the middle, there is one huge city taking a bit of each species' land. Every species is welcome in this city, and there are other, smaller cities spread throughout that are like this, too.
The humans' land is called Molibor.
The elves' land is called Callaraia.
The fae's land is called Eulica.
The vampires' land is called Anion.
The dwarves' land is called Zimisas.
The large city in the middle of Finalu is called Mezac.

The animals in Finalu are the typical fantasy animals - griffins, dragons, unicorns, pegasi, selkies, et cetera.
There are five different species that rule over the land. Each has a main element which wizards* of that species specialize in.
- Humans; They are the most populated, and very diverse. Their element is water, since it is adaptable, can get anywhere, and its opposite is fire. Humans are fine with living in any type of terrain, and have a lot in the other species' lands.
- Elves; They are the second most populated, and are elegant, graceful, defined by small, pointed ears, and are very agile/quick, but hate/fear water and are weak. Their element is fire, since it can easily burn someone, but can also warm someone, and its opposite is water. Elves are normally very peaceful, but have a large temper.
- Fae; They have very long and thin pointed ears and have very thin, light wings that they can use to hover for a few seconds, but plainly just look pretty. Their element is air, since it is very free and unconcerned, and its opposite is earth. Fae are more about having fun than caring about others' feelings, and their society has few rules.
- Vampires; They have longer canine teeth, very pale skin, and must drink blood once a week, or they turn into dust. Also, vampires are immortal(cannot be killed by age, sickness, or injury), but if they go under the sun, they are weak and can be killed. their element is lightning, since it comes in a quick, angry burst and only comes out when it is cloudy, and its opposite is pretty much anything. Vampires' moods shift often, and their wizards always try to keep the land shrouded under clouds.
- Dwarves; They are short and strong, and the men always have a beard unless they are too young. Their element is earth, since it is strong, sturdy, and rarely shaken, and its opposite is air. They never freak out, handle situations calmly, and they can keep a handle on their emotions.
*Wizards are born into every species, but must be born with magic. People with magic aren't rare, but wizards are, since it takes years of extensive training to master a species' main element, but people born with magic can still do easy stuff, like cure a common cold, but only very simple stuff.
