Hmm let's see if I can describe it. It really delves into some deep, morally ambiguous issues and a lot of characters you love actually have to do some bad things. The storyline is this: There is something in the world known as Dollhouse. To most, it is a myth, but for the rich and connected few, they can pay to have their fantasies created. This can be anything from a fantasy girlfriend to a detective to solve a difficult case. These "dolls" actually are real people, who have been wiped to blank slates and are programmed before each assignment with new brain patterns, so that they don't just act the part-- they ARE the people they are programmed to be, with every fiber of their being.

There's SO much more to it--that's really the basic premise. The first few episodes are good but not great, but after a short bit it's AMAZING, and there's only two seasons (sadface) so it doesn't take too long to watch.

So there's my endorsement, they should totally pay me now for advertising, ahaha.
